Ride Destinations
We meet throughout the year and details of where and when can be found here:

We meet every Saturday morning, throughout the year, at Squires Café, Newthorpe (B1222) Nr Sherburn in Elmet, LS25 5LX (see map on right) for 9.30am, leaving at 10.00am for observed runs. These usually finish between 12noon and 1.00pm at another cafe or pub. Saturday morning training sessions continue throughout the year and during November to March destinations will be dependent on weather conditions and will be decided on the day.

As from Saturday 5th November
winter training will take place on a first come first served basis,
please be aware there is no guarantee of being able to provide
observers on a one to one basis.
Training will be subject to weather
condition, the decision to provide training on any particular
Saturday, will be made by the Senior Observer(s) organising on the
day.
As a road safety organisation our
main concern is exactly that .. Safety ... therefore, it maybe the
case that you arrive at the venue only to be told that due to
adverse weather conditions, there will be no training on offer that
day, so please use good judgment and take account of weather
forecasts before setting off.

New meeting place Wednesday evening training sessions operate from the 4th of May 2011 through to the end of August and meet at McDonalds on the westbound carriageway of the A64 (Bilborough Top Services) between York and Tadcaster, YO23 3PP (see map on left) at 6.30pm for departure at 7.00pm.
Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time on Wednesday nights as Observers are allocated on a first come first served basis and are subject to Observer availability.

If you can’t make Saturdays or Wednesday evenings, we may be able to arrange observations on other days, please contact the Membership Secretary for more details.
