Associates and Observers have asked for information about recommended books, booklets/leaflets, DVDs/Videos and mnemonics which may be useful in helping them achieve their goal of passing the IAM Test, becoming an Observer, or just refreshing their memory. This page, which is in its infancy, and will develop over a period, is an attempt to fulfil this request.
